Ye Old Ferrie Inn is a historic riverside pub nestled on the banks of the River Wye, with origins believed to date back to the 15th century. Surrounded by the dramatic landscape of the Wye Valley, the inn is steeped in traditional charm and heritage, featuring original period details, exposed timber beams, cosy log fires, and panoramic views across the river and surrounding countryside. Combining rustic character with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the venue has become a sought-after destination for visitors looking to experience the natural beauty, history, and outdoor lifestyle of the region.

The project involved the development and ongoing evolution of a complete brand identity for the business, designed to honour the inn’s rich heritage while positioning it for modern growth across multiple ventures. This included the creation of a cohesive visual language spanning print, digital, signage, packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials.

Alongside the core hospitality brand, ongoing design support has extended across the inn’s expanding portfolio of ventures, including small-batch gin and craft beer ranges, branded clothing and merchandise, and outdoor adventure experiences such as stand-up paddleboarding on the River Wye. The result is a flexible and distinctive identity system that unifies each offering while reinforcing the character, authenticity, and adventurous spirit at the heart of the brand.
